We will meet again in Goch in mid-June. This is the second time the Scottish Festival has started in Goch instead of Xanten.
All of this together with our friends from the other clan representatives on the Niers Island in the city park in the middle of Goch.
It starts on Saturday June 15th at 10:30 a.m. with the march of the clans and teams from downtown Goch. The opening of the 15th Scottish Festival in Goch will take place at 11:00 a.m. From then on we will hear the bagpipes and pipes in the city park again and again throughout the weekend. From 6:00 p.m. all pipe bands will march to the stage for the awards ceremony. You definitely shouldn't miss this. In the evening from 7:00 p.m. the folk band "The Munster Men" will play open air in the city park.
Am Sonntag startet ab 10:00 Uhr die Competition der Solopiper. Ab 11:00 geht es dann auch mit den Highland Games los.
Throughout the weekend there are many stalls in the city park with Scottish snacks and delicacies. There will also be occasional performances by dance groups and pipe bands on the stages and throughout the park.
